Don’t worry if yours looks a little flattened when first unpacked — the filling is designed to bounce back and simply needs a little time and fluffing to take its full shape.
Bringing it back to form:
1. Remove it from the packaging as soon as it arrives — don’t leave it packed.
2. Give it a good fluff — gently knead the body and work the limbs, wings, ears, or tail to redistribute the filling.
3. Let it breathe. Most plush regain their full shape within 1–3 days, while larger or denser designs can take up to a week.
4. Smooth any flattened or creased fur with your fingers or a soft brush as it fluffs back up.
5. Want to speed things up? Use a hairdryer on low, warm heat, held about 20cm away. Keep it moving and use short bursts between fluffs. Never use high heat.

It’s exacly what I expected, soft, original and with an amazing quality!
My plushies were barely recognizable after taking them out of the vacuum sealed bag. They also don’t look like the same quality as a couple I ordered previously. Did you change factories? Specifications? Very disappointed overall with the look feel and quality of these three. I will not purchase from gage Beasley again

Some of our plushies are vacuum-packed to reduce their size during international shipping, and they can look quite rough or misshapen immediately after opening. They normally need some time to recover, so we'd recommend trying the following steps from our “When It Arrives” instructions: 1. Remove the plushies completely from the packaging and don't leave them compressed. 2.Give them a good fluff by gently shaking, massaging, and kneading the body. Work the filling back into any flattened areas and gently reposition the limbs, tails, wings, or other features. 3. Let them breathe. Most plushies regain their shape within 1–3 days, while larger or more heavily compressed ones can take up to a week. 4. For stubborn areas, continue gently massaging and redistributing the filling. Flattened fur can also be smoothed with your fingers or a soft brush. 5. If needed, use a hair dryer on the cool or lowest heat setting, held around 20 cm (8 inches) away. Keep it moving and use short bursts while fluffing and reshaping between passes. Please don't use high heat. That said, we understand that compression doesn't necessarily explain your concerns about the overall look, feel, and quality compared with the plushies you've previously purchased from us. Could you please send us a few photos of the three plushies as they arrived? We'd like to see their condition and document the differences you're noticing so we can raise this with our team. If they still don't look right after they've had time to recover, we'll work with you on an appropriate resolution. I'm sorry this order hasn't lived up to your previous experience with us, Erik.
